Return Policy

We offer free returns or exchanges within 44 days of delivery. You can return your product for a refund to the original payment method.

Below are some exceptions:

• Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged, unless stated otherwise
• Returned items must have all the items include in box and be returned in original product packaging
• Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use

To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:

1. Send us an email using the email address you used for your purchase.
2. Tell us more on the issue you are experiencing with the products you wish to return.
3. Print the prepaid shipping label that you will receive by email.
4. Send all items back to us using the label provided.

Additional Information:

• Usually, you will recieve your refund within 5-10 business of return package arrival.
• You are still eligible for return and refund, if you initiate the refund process within 44 days of product delivery.
• If any included items were lost or damaged, we will notify you regarding the damaged or missing item. Cost of the item or cost of repairing the part will be deducted from the full refund amount.
