We’re currently expanding our team and looking for a Sales Account Representative for B2B sales who can drive growth through outreach, presentations, and relationship-building.
Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Account Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for booking qualified appointments with prospects, managing client accounts, driving sales initiatives, and conducting face-to-face presentations that showcase our product.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in technology sales and account management, with the ability to analyze market trends and negotiate effectively to meet client needs.
Compensation Structure:
- Qualified Appointment Booked: $150 per appointment booked
- Commission on Closed Sale: Up to 10% per closed sale
- Flat gas fee compensation
Responsibilities
- Prospect and reach out to potential leads via phone, email, LinkedIn, or other channels.
- Conduct in-person product demonstrations to business owners and decision-makers
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients while identifying opportunities for business growth.
- Collaborate with the sales team to strategize on new business development initiatives.
- Prepare reports on account status, sales performance, and market analysis for management review.
- Qualifications
- Experience in B2B and technical sales.
- Experience in appointment setting, cold calling, or outbound sales.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Self-discipline and time management skills to thrive in a remote environment.
- Comfortable presenting products in-person and handling objections.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for demos.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage accounts efficiently.
